Course registration

I initially planned to register for a total of three courses, which is equivalent to 9 credits at my home school but things didn't turn out as I expected. Instead of three courses, I had to cross one out of my list. I'm quite satisfied with my current schedule. I will have Korean cinema from 1pm to 2:45pm and a beginning Korean language course from 3:00pm to 4:45pm (1 hour and 45 minutes for each lecture). That means I have the whole morning and evening from Monday to Thursday to study and do whatever there are on my wish list. In addition, I'll have the whole Friday and weekend off to explore Seoul. How exciting it is! I'll leave Tampa for Seoul on Sunday this week. The countdown begins...

Note: Course registration instruction will be sent to your email after Yonsei verifies your enrollment. Date and time of portal log-in and class registration are pretty straightforward. Shoot Yonsei an email if you're not clear about anything.

Tuberculosis test

Finally had my TBC skin test completed. I'm glad to learn that mine came out negative. Thus, the chest x-ray test was not required (teehee ;)). I also obtained my test report from the clinic so it should no longer be a problem for me to check in to the dorm. I'll keep reminding myself to bring a few copies of this report to Seoul. The last thing that I have to do is to order Korean currency . Hopefully, my bank will be able to deliver it within the next two weeks.
